 1. Logic Modelling

CEFURA can facilitate and moderate Logic Modeling exercise that is a highly participative and engaging workshop of stakeholder that aims to resolve a particular development concern that affects the community’s progress. Development concerns include:

  • Youth participation in development
  • Employment creation
  • Private sector development
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Women and gender concerns,
  • Local economic development

2. Area Stocktaking Surveys

This identifies the economic actors, e.g., human capital, infrastructure (transport, telecommunications, electricity, water, waste management, and so on), meso-institutions (e.g., GOs, NGOs, LGAs, PVOs, CSOs, FBIs, MBAs and GROs) and other growth and competitiveness drivers.

3. Area Development Potentials Surveys (Economic Development Diagnostic and Inventory)

This will identify the institutions and potential drivers for development in an area. The drivers may include institutions (e.g., financial, technical, training, information, etc.), a natural endowment, a unique economic activity, or any other special feature that makes an area unique and interesting. The surveys end with a comprehensive report on the area.

4. Stakeholder Identification Survey

We can help any client institution in identifying and validating the most appropriate stakeholders for projects and programs at the grassroots level. The Stakeholders are identified based on criteria specified by the client.

4.5. Proposal Preparation and Development
